I used to go to Woolworths pokemon card events and did loads of trades to get the best ones, one card I had also sold very recently for over ยฃ300k.

I agree, they have far more similarities than they do differences and if it's a forgery my god they really went to extremes to make it accurate - the canvas and frame is spot on.

Like viz mentions - probably had an original as reference, but I'm still seeing multiple differences just in the woodwork alone - before we get onto the hand-painted nature of the OP, and not stenciled. I'd still love for it to be real though
