Actually with CFS, every little added thing can wear me down ๐ every bit of added weight uses energy that I just don't have spare.

Have a 1950s Zenith that is my daily wear; itโs a dress watch but I love the way it fits my scrawny wrists. My โgoing outโ is a gold 1970s Omega De Ville or my dadโs old 1960s Seamaster. Then have a bunch that I wear sporadically that I like the look of, including a 1950s Lord Elgin, a 1970s Favra Leuba, and a tiny 1930s Omega. Take the classic watch pill - much more fun! |

Watch with box and papers are always better IMO. But I would consider a watch without papers if I plan to keep it. Papers not filled out means the watch was bought via a grey market dealer. I don't consider it a red flag. It just means that the seller bought it at a significant discount.
How old are the watches you are considering buying? Best rule is to have the watch serviced by JLC once you take ownership. JLC can give it a good polish and the watch will look brand new and you can rest assured that you have an authentic Reverso on your wrist.

If youโre sure itโs genuine then Iโd go for condition every day. Itโs a beautiful watch, too, great choice!

It screams "look at me, made it". like a mid-life crisis red sports car. On the surface, it's the "chav" of watches. But i'm sure if I was deeply into horology, which I'm not, I'd learn to appreciate it a lot more. |

Its just their servicing costs are a little on the high side and they take forever. Plus they just seem to do what they want without consulting you first. My diver came back from service after 3 months and they decided to change the date wheel with this new horrible font. Probably wouldn't bother most but I am a bit of a ocd wis as you can probably tell. Ha, men and their toys. Sad!
