I recently bought a nice print, something by someone ive been trying to add to collection for a while and the print has arrived slightly damaged, which is very annoying as i dont really want to return the item as it might take me ages to track down another.
really wanted to float this so dont really want to just cover it when its framed, a couple of the corners are dinged up, as is at least one of the edges, and theres also a mark (see circled photo), not great photos but you get the idea at least.
Any sort of rough idea of how much and if a London restorer could or would be able to sort this so i can possibly try and get some money knocked off what i paid and put it towards having the print fixed instead of returning it.

also while i'm here does anybody have suggestions/links for a good mid range flat file? it's a minefield and ive got a lot of stuff I need to get out of tubes! thanks
