I'm disappointed by FAKE's comment. Its both immature and premature. I was starting to like that guy.

I don't think that's the artists message though lol.The initial children on the seesaw image I thought was quite safe and predictable and the stencils rough.... then you take into consideration the location and context. However my thoughts then were I hope that's not all there is. It was a good opener, I'm sure very rushed with the location, so the classic silhouette style makes sense.Then the Judo piece popped up and I wasnt expecting that at all after the seesaw stencil, for me that's an incredible piece, that wasn't through up in as quick(although the charm in the seesaw is that it was thrown up in haste),it's a pretty self explanatory image.

If I were Banksy frankly I would not take a position in this conflict which has lasted for 8 years I think. Banksy is against war and for peace, against politics, unless I am mistaken. This post hasn't been given the attention it deserves. There's even an insinuation in a post here that by posting somebody else's retweets they could possibly be supporting Russia. This tribal stuff is what makes everything so dangerous. People are scared to speak out because they will be piled in on.
Pointing out that Ukraine is a stinking, corrupt cesspit with a leader that has continued to avoid sitting down for peace talks, or to find ways to negotiate, isn't the same as supporting Russia. It's laughable. But Zelensky isn't some kind of God or paragon of virtue either. Whilst people globally are being told they have to struggle through, their governments are funneling money, weapons and resources into Ukraine. That is insane and if you don't want to question that then something is seriously up. Ultimately, the average civilians will be the ones to suffer - as always in these bullshit situations.

Iโd suggest the nationality of the gymnast is fairly obvious but also not especially relevant. Adding colour would add nothing at all to the works.

The lady on the chair took the time to put rollers in and is in a housecoat/dressing gown so not planning to rush off anywhere and is relaxed. She is on the chair to reach the window to put the fire out.
The gymnast with neckbrace continues despite an injury and the handstand gymnast continues despite the very dangerous location.

Whilst people globally are being told they have to struggle through, their governments are funneling money, weapons and resources into Ukraine. That is insane and if you don't want to question that then something is seriously up. Ultimately, the average civilians will be the ones to suffer - as always in these bullshit situations. That's why these pieces crack me up. It's absolutely hilarious seeing people masturbate themselves into a frenzy over some stencils. Keep in mind a couple of things : 1. this started as a Banksy forum, so what do you expect? and, 2. many people on here have a good part of their art investments tied up in Banksy art - worth which somewhat depends on his ability/choice to continue with public installations.
