For your information, I don't have rent nor loan to pay. I live in my own beach-house in a white tropical beach, one of the most beautiful and pristine beach in this planet earth, not a tourist, blue water, coral reefs. You should come for a break. I am currently working in several projects involving coral reef, dugongs and dolphins preservation. If weather is too hot, I have my penthouse in the capital city, in the mountain for some fresh air. I collect rent from two other small houses I own though but my brother lives in one of them and I am OK if he misses rent. As for my artworks, all stuff I bought are framed - most are pretty damaged actually (thank you tropical sun) - and I have never resold a single piece.

Stay calm, there is no reason to worry, you will always find buyers and quick scalping is the way to go not to end up in the street. Bad rat prints years after years, we even made fun of him many times here (remember the yak cow). Now this one, a tiny rat with a Basquiat crown, ahaha. I wonder what is next, rat on wooden wine crates? Blek is big and he is an angel, so is her wife... pretty sure his next London show will be big. But yeah, he kind of lost it (he did the Warhol with rat though, not Marilyn)

Stay calm, there is no reason to worry, you will always find buyers and quick scalping is the way to go not to end up in the street. He's released awful prints year after year and now this one with an overused Basquiat crown. What's next, a Marilyn rat print? It looks alright but come on. The glory days have been over and unfortunately he lacks originality and skill. If you like his work and like to support him, buy only direct from his family as his wife is very nice. If you buy this on the secondary market, you're either insane or stuck under the influence of UAA without any awareness of the main art world. Thank you!! Bad rat prints years after years, we even made fun of him many times here (remember the yak cow). Now this one, a tiny rat with a Basquiat crown, ahaha. I wonder what is next, rat on wooden wine crates? Blek is big and he is an angel, so is her wife... pretty sure his next London show will be big. But yeah, he kind of lost it (he did the Warhol with rat though, not Marilyn)
