I'm just hoping the import customs people don't notice it and let me off! Otherwise I'm gonna make sure I only pay 5 percent as each one of these prints is hand stenciled so it's not a mass print!
Trust me, if you get charged it will be at 17.5% plus handling fees. If you want the 5% rate you will have to pay the former amount then make a case to claim back what you are owed.

I was of the understanding that Faile ship prints marked at low value. so hopefully no high import taxes.

It was probably a neighbour! It happens to me all the time! I check tracking numbers and it says delivered and then a week later i get a knock on the door from a neighbour saying, "oh by the way i signed for this for you the other day!"

I got mine a bit late and paid but a friend of mine is still waiting for his invoice and has emailed them several times with no reply...so I know at least one other person in your boat
