I emailed them, and finally got a reply, Matt said that he sent mine on the 6th but i never got it, so i asked for a new invoice, and i am waiting on that one.

If you were sent an invoice through paypal, you should be able to log-into your paypal account at paypal.com and pay the invoice directly through paypal. That's how I paid for the piece I won in the lottery.
