While the rule that all publicity is good publicity is true, POW will want to be in control of what gets said to who and when. Witness the quote 'it's no more than 25'. Exactly. And them saying that "they along with members of the public “have been victims of criminal behaviour”" is ridiculous. You cant keep stacks of $5,000 prints laying around for months, even unnumbered, and not expect things to happen. Sure they are the victims here.......

i bought an unsigned J&J from 'tortoise' about a year ago and got prov from Dora. Gulp.

I would have hoped that anyone suspected of being involved doesn't work there anymore or has been suspended pending investigation.

They need to come clean, issue those conned BY EMPLOYEES with one off editions from Banksy (it may have been an ebay sale, but this was not a flipper we're talking about, it was the company) and then never ever print overun's again. So if your edition has a small crease, live with it or send it back and it is struck from the edition.
This is one time where POW really need to do a lot more than they usually do.
