I also received an unbelievable response yesterday to my complaint e-mail to Laz, it is clear that they do not give a flying fu*k about customer service.

There are plenty of other galleries and means to get great art- very often directly from the artists.
of course this little gesture won't make the slightest impact on his bulging wallet but buying any art from him (actually more like what he represents) just doesn't sit right anymore.
