ADAM NEATE has been experimenting with 3D / 4D paintings for the last four years, and as many contemporary artists begin to embrace the notion within their own work, Adam has produced five extraordinary paintings which firmly position him as the master of the genre.
THE FLOCK SERIES presents these five works within the gallery at Elms Lesters, and is available to view from 12th -30th October 2010

Either way, I've yet to be disappointed in what he's produced so looking forward it, surprise or no surprise!!

For me, from the Netherlands and with a student budget, it is just too expensive to fly to the UK and book a hotel etc.. Have been waiting for some news about Elms and Neate for the entire year and just hoped for something more.
NEVERTHELESS! Hopefully these works will reheat the debate about Neate and his style! I wish Elms and Adam all the best and hopefully I can enjoy the pictures that will be posted on here by some forum members (sorry Hlarmy!). Just go there and support Adam!

Its always completely different when you see it.

I still prefer his paintings but these are insanely good.

Adam has made a huge leap into this 3D stuff, it looks great, technically very accomplished. Apparently each portrait takes around 6 weeks to produce hence the limited no. Book looks great, Perspex cover in sealed box...
Given the prohibitive prices I Made a request for 'something for the masses' and apparently there may be something in the future but it won't be a print!

Thats interesting about the new work for the masses last show they did a cheaper photo print of one of his pieces to cater for this it was still ยฃ1000 ed of 10 i believe.
