Supporting factors: Subject matter, Composition, Location, Style, Colors, Unique Scaffolding Use... He also didn't sign the last one either... Could this mean no more signature and going on style alone? What a great move that would be.
Banksy doesn't sign his pieces unless he thinks the sig adds to the piece. It was in an interview he did a while back. So anyone know what the paintball splat signifies?
EDIT: and if it was banksy, isn't it a bit odd that he's done a piece that is very much like micallef, right now?

Spot on! I think it just needed a bit of colour- that dot alone makes me think its Mr B not Micallef - use of a cherub is just coincidence.
I think its a piece about the sorry state of so many kids having been shot or stabbed recently

This "tramp angel" does not look much like the "new angel" one but that could be for that very reason
