I think the angel is either a colab with Micallef or someone completely different. Micallef is known for that style of angel in those colours, with both of them sharing an agent and presumably being friends I find it unlikely that Banksy would steal his style.
I may be in the minority here but I think its an average piece by any street artist's standards. The rat/cat though is awesome, nothing like art that is actually enhanced by it's place on the street. It would be cool to get the cat and rat as seperate canvases and then hang one on the ground and the other up by the roof.

for me, this is the real art - on the street, popping up unexpectedly and adding something new to it's surroundings... great work and great coverage by the forum members too, that's what makes this forum a cut above the rest! ;D
looking forward to a trip down to the big smoke some time soon and can't wait to check out some of these locations...
