Definately will be exploring this further let us know what you think, cheers

Check out the T.I. album cover for Paper Trail it's by an amazing illustrator called Ian Wright (not the footballer) Although your work looks very different It's got a similar vibe going on to this piece.

Really very keen on the first (lowryesk) and latest pieces on this thread.
The no paint piece is particularly beautiful, and I look forward to seeing it finished. Am thinking less may be more for this piece.
Itr has been a pleasure to see you skills develop develope over the last few years.

Thank you very much, Rourke!!! 
They look very different from the pics, much more expressive and I don't know why but I was expecting them to be smaller, so another nice surprise.
I confess that seeing both together I feel more the blue/grey, because of all the details, expression and color, but both are really great.
Again, a big thank you!!

Thought I would give you a glimpse of new one I have been working most of the week. Am really excited about what I am doing, and where it might lead me.
Contemplating not using paint in its full entirity again.
Been working with it on me knee on a night, which is great because it allows me to work on them continuously.
With a scaple in one hand and Glue in the other I start to build up the detail areas with minute text, bits of colour, or letters. I think Thats the beauty of this, by getting rid of the Instrument you use to create art, like a brush. It allows you to connect with the work more by minipulating and using your fingers.
I don't know if you have noticed, but I have slowly creeped into putting my lines on the work, something that I started using years ago with the first lot of pen drawings I did, and also the paints, this method of knocking stuff back works perfectly in the New work.

Finally finished new one yesterday.
'Bonhead'
Medium: Old Newspapers, Sprayed Newsprint, Old Magazines, Sweet rappers, Dead leafs and Pencil.
Mainly ripped but some cut in fine strips and dots.
Then arranged delicately by hand and a scapel in a way to create blended colour, shade and depth.
Size: 20" x 20" canvas block
Just got to finish off the sides.
There is a small print release available on Vandalart
Edition of 10
