I called this number 08448 00 44 66...
Gave them the tracking and they then let me pay the charges over the phone... Delivered the next day.

Appears so, not had any correspondence since sending off the email but I'll leave it in Steve's hands.
There must be a problem with USPS as I bought an item from the States (non art related) and for the past week it's had the same status.
Very annoying.
Mine is still in the system after 30+ days.....this does not bode well..me thinks... But I hope you are getting sorted now RRR ....? Sometimes it has to be forwarded for the customs charges to be applied or altered if like me you paid the 5%.
