10FOOT 🇬🇧 Print Release • London Graffiti • Street Art , by FЯ on Mar 1, 2024 12:02:14 GMT 1, Silly to be discussing this publicly, what if 10foot does not want it to go to someone else incase they have two. Unfortunately there are always downsides to good intent.

10FOOT 🇬🇧 Print Release • London Graffiti • Street Art , by FЯ on Feb 29, 2024 0:11:39 GMT 1, The silver and gold throw ups are far more iconic than the tags if you have lived in London. Same level of recognition if you know burning candy crew. Well done to those who got them.

君野 ヱ Kiminoe Original Acrylic for Sale - Blue - 53x45.5cm, by FЯ on Jan 26, 2024 14:52:42 GMT 1, Hi,
I have this nice Acrylic on board for sale from Kiminoe (Japan)
It is called 'blue' and featured on her website and over social media quite a bit.
Its never made the wall and i bought it direct from the artist in 2021 so have all the receipts and emails with her.
size is 53cm x 45.5cm acrylic on board/2021 name: blue
These sell out at source if they even appear - so hard to gauge secondary value. There are some larger ones on artsy for $4000. www.artsy.net/search?term=kimino
I would be happy with £1800 or nearer.
Some photos attached and links to socials where it features
www.instagram.com/iamkiminoe

New HMRC rules for bedroom dealers, by FЯ on Jan 3, 2024 15:23:46 GMT 1, Maybe if people are selling high volumes of art that’s in the £1000s and making huge profit they should set up a business account. I’m sure legitimate art dealers would welcome a more level playing field. The alternative is to list items for sale on here and cut out the online platform. But you don't have to be a flipper selling loads of artworks on a monthly basis to get notified to the tax office. Just selling one artwork that you no longer want for, say, 1.5K and you will be reported to Mr Tax Man. Seems unfair to me.
If that artwork cost you 1.5k then you pay no tax. It is only on the profit. Keep receipts.

FAKE STIK LA2 been pushed around, stay well clear , by FЯ on Dec 7, 2023 14:59:32 GMT 1, Its not protecting collectors, its deciding who deserves their collection to be real or not as far as i see it. Maybe your not understanding my position in this. It is not the same as pest control, this is decided by a persons feelings and mood! At a whim he can decide what he wants. Seems odd. I think quite the opposite is clear, you are trying to decide what he should accept. If something isnt sold with his consent, then its not legit, end of story. If you buy a fake, thats not his problem, its yours!! You defo have some, you must have lol. no i dont, but if i did i would be worried if he decided all of a sudden he did not make it.

If you make sure its artist confirmed then youll be fine. FR is shit stirring here, nothing more. Stiks actions are protecting collectors, not creating issues. fine. FAKE STIK LA2 been pushed around, stay well clear , by FЯ on Dec 7, 2023 13:25:36 GMT 1, There is a difference between fake / not real / not made by the artist and made by the artist but pretending they dont exist. In this scenario its the second. I never mentioned lovers? what are you talking about? "if for some reason tomorrow, stik decides that a whole edition is suddenly not liked anymore. What does everyone do in that scenario." You said this, as if an edition that had been sold would be deemed unofficial all of a sudden, thats why i mentioned lovers, which should really have been pretty obvious. Im just going to chuck out a guess here, youve got a few non AP/PP/edition prints havnt you. You seem very attacky to people.
Im just making a point that an artist cannot just decide what they do and do not like anymore when they already printed, signed and they know people have them in their collections. You mentioned lovers but yes i guess he could suddenly decide then that that is no longer any good.
You say he would not do that but what stops him based on whats been demonstrated with LA2 one which looks to have been a potential edition that did not happen.
You cant just call them fake though, thats wrong wording. No one has faked these stik prints, despite the simple nature of stik and having seen actual fake attempts, they stand out like a sore thumb as being real.

FAKE STIK LA2 been pushed around, stay well clear , by FЯ on Dec 7, 2023 12:45:30 GMT 1, Well it definitely is no fun if for some reason tomorrow, stik decides that a whole edition is suddenly not liked anymore. What does everyone do in that scenario. I am not suggesting the printer is authenticating either btw. I am saying they are clearly not 'fakes'. Why are you getting hung up on that. Im talking about stik deciding what is good and what is not as he feels, even on things that are clearly editions or intended to be editions that he calls fakes! What makes you so sure they are not fake? again, its for STIK to decide that, and he has declared them not real. Also why are you seemingly suggesting he will decide the edition of lovers no longer exists? The book prints were never sold, its not the same thing at all. Its a lot of shit stirring by the sound of it mate. Your not making realistic comparisons. There is a difference between fake / not real / not made by the artist and made by the artist but pretending they dont exist.

FAKE STIK LA2 been pushed around, stay well clear , by FЯ on Dec 7, 2023 10:51:54 GMT 1, Seems these are not fakes based on ryca posting. Just prints stiks decided to detach from. He could do this to any print edition which is a worry for collectors. i never understand why artists print, sign, then number editions then leave them - just like the one above. Burning those lovely book prints, whilst filming it like a stunt is questionable on its intent. coming from a stik fan. I guess thats one way to drive yourself down the wrong road. Id probably stick with only taking authentication advice from the artist if i was you. I find it unlikely Christies will be heading to RYCA anytime soon for any form of authentication lol. You also dont know why he burned those prints, so not sure how you are questioning his intent. Your also making some big assumptions regarding the above print, stik says not his work, but you seem to think it is lol. Sounds like a bit of pointless shit stirring to me. Totally separate to this situation, Printers in the past have done sketchy things, Banksy being the VERY obvious example, artists give authenticity, printers make prints. The artist, is the only person whos opinion matters here. im just saying its clearly not fake if the artist printed and signed them! Maybe calling them un-authorised for release is a better statement. Clearly not fake though and you suggesting the printer faked them is libellous.
Stik, like the book prints has decided he does not like them which is dangerous to anything hes put out.

Faile , by FЯ on Oct 2, 2023 13:07:54 GMT 1, Well, after seeing that I have a bunch of Faile I will be selling. That was absolute garbage I think you are under estimating the world we live in.
If anything, appearing in a rap video you will expect a huge increase in interest - possibly massive.

Royal mail insurance Dont risk it! (probably), by FЯ on Sept 15, 2023 13:07:03 GMT 1, this is quite normal, theres a thread on it made 10-15 years ago lol It's not "normal" for most courier companies to force you to pay incorrect import charges. But I'm impressed that you can remember threads from 15 years ago. it is very normal if you use parcelforce who use border customs force whatever they are called rather than their own customs teams.
ive been about.

Royal mail insurance Dont risk it! (probably), by FЯ on Sept 15, 2023 13:01:59 GMT 1, Just another warning about ParcelForce/Royal Mail. I received an artwork from abroad. Had to pay 20% VAT with no option of querying the amount of import duty. They insist they can't change it and that I have to pay and then try to get a refund later. They also took over a week to deliver the item even after I paid the import fees. And, to add insult to injury, I had to pay £12 admin fee for their so-called services. Jeez! this is quite normal, theres a thread on it made 10-15 years ago lol
get what you pay for, if you use ups or fedex ex etc they pay more attention to import codes. you just have to fill out some forms and receipts and you will get it back

New Martin Whatson release Scuba Diver, by FЯ on Jul 12, 2023 13:39:29 GMT 1, its the corner of the scuba diver print
Whilst i know GP shows general care in the best print and most amount of colours or how complex something is to do etc etc. No one is debating that.
But the subject should be good first.
Unless someone just buys something for the amount of colours of print process, in which case fair enough

Pejac • Meadow Print, by FЯ on Jun 27, 2023 9:14:10 GMT 1, Why not approach the second highest offer ? This happens on everything he ever sells. Buyer backs out at the last minute, lets us know all about the various high-value offers he has received by PM etc. It obviously works or he wouldn't keep doing it, but it's all disappointingly obvious really. unfortunately if you have tried to sell high value items on this forum, this happens all the time. I wont be the only one. I was not going to even mention the offers given otherwise it draws silly comments, but i was asked further up how much i have been offered - so there you go.
