Thank you for your time. , by Viscount Jerkoff on Nov 19, 2018 14:03:14 GMT 1, At current exchange rates that is £36,000, which is very good deal in my opinion, considering a Stop and Search just sold for €50,000 (euro) at Artcurial a couple of weeks ago.

For Sale - BANKSY - MORONS - UPDATED, by Viscount Jerkoff on Feb 3, 2018 17:52:32 GMT 1, I've got to agree here. First of all I have one of these and it is big and beautiful on thick paper, a true work of heart and in my opinion currently very undervalued. If anyone can find one of these in mint condition for £8000 then buy, because I don't think you will, I suspect galleries would sell this closer to £10k. Like the OP says the damage is light and sounds like it could restored fairly well. I would expect this to get a minimum of 6k. And right, auctioning may be the best way to go. As for HAND, again I have one this is a fantastic print with a great story and actually one of my favorites, again seriously undervalued at present, I think you would be lucky to get a mint one for £7-8000. But as always it depends who your buying from. I tell my friends that Banksy has 4 prices: peer to peer, dealer, gallery and auction, the auction being the wild card. I hope this is helpful, and yes I am bias and love my prints. I hope you realise you are quoting higher prices than Hangup right? And Hangup is like a 25% premium at least.
Am I? Sorry, I guess I do have an inflated idea of their value then. What is Hang up selling these for then?

For Sale - BANKSY - MORONS - UPDATED, by Viscount Jerkoff on Feb 2, 2018 11:07:28 GMT 1, Yeah I'd get it restored, I'm having trouble to think of a reason someone would buy and frame a print in this condition. Or they would have to be able to snag it up really cheap but even 4k seems expensive in this condition. Once it's restored I'm sure you could get like 5.5 for it as that seems to be the price for the lower end unsigned Banksy's like Grannies and Morons right now. You clearly have no idea about the Banksy market.

Banksy • Box Set, Walled Off Hotel, by Viscount Jerkoff on Oct 3, 2017 18:03:33 GMT 1, I think they are just upset by the relative profiteering on Banksy's coat tails and perhaps the lack of respect for the print; in that it isn't inherently valued as itself, but only bought with the intention to resell it. But hasn't that always happened? I have a friend who was mad he didn't buy a Choose Your Weapon for £5k because it was being flipped straight out of POW when they had sold out. Now those are worth £45k (?). The real question if your going to pay that much money for something like this is will Pest Control ever give you a COA? For an open edition poster? Probably not. In which case why would you pay that much money for it, 6 months ago you could have got a Silver Flags from Hang up for that much, but not now after one of those went for 10k usd at auction (Juliens?). It's value is in its novelty and in the unpredictability of Banksy, who has practically given away his canvases in Central Park in the past... so maybe this will one day be a limited edition 1000 Palestine print, who knows? But you'll have to to pay for it one way or another. My guess is the hate ultimately comes from envy, of the print or the money. It's easy to be c*nt when your anonymous online.

U/S Banksy CND *on hold, by Viscount Jerkoff on Aug 4, 2017 8:23:26 GMT 1, That is a beautiful print, especially with the little Banksy stamp on the paint can. I suspect that will get snapped up, the only obstacle to that very reasonable price being the Atlantic Ocean. Why a obstacle? All my Banksys have traveled over the Atlantic, Pacific, Irish Sea, Mediterranean and the Tasman without a hitch. Banksys like to travel
I was just thinking that a lot of people on here on in the U.K. and some people like to see the print before they buy. But it's a bargain and Banksy is an international commodity these days.

Banksy • Flower Thrower • Love is in the Air, by Viscount Jerkoff on Jul 4, 2017 17:30:43 GMT 1, Well just post the COA and end all this nonsense. Why fuel such rampant speculation? I've got to say that was impressively fast. It's a great print, nice to see Pest Control fanning the fire. It's a bit stiff to call it hate and vitriol, just a healthy dose of reasonable cynicism.

Banksy • Flower Thrower • Love is in the Air, by Viscount Jerkoff on Jun 29, 2017 8:26:06 GMT 1, There are seemingly a number of different reasons that Pest Control may refuse to issue a COA, but as far as I know they don't give reasons, just a yes or no. I have seen and heard of instances where they have been refused on pieces that should have been a certainty, so it is not a 100% garaunteed, maybe Banksy can be fickle. No buyer in their right mind would pay full retail price for a print without a COA, I certainly wouldn't. Now if you had COA in hand! Hell yeah, a totally mint, unframed print definitely gets a premium. I would think £20k, albeit expensive, is about right. In summary: don't sell a print of that value without the COA.
