As for Margaret Thatcher did a job as bad as all those since and probably before. Politics should be renamed the art of shafting people, all of them are the same.

Granted she was the first woman to rise to the status of PM in this country which is obviously impressive which ever side of the political divide you are on. But you must be able to realise how deeply divisive her term in office was and that doesn't generally bode well for being remembered in a good light? I've no interest however in glorying in the death of a weak frail old lady who had dementia.
Longest serving prime minister this country has had and she was voted in by the people. Yes the majority wanted her to run the country! Sad how a person of such charisma turned into, as you quite rightly said, a weak frail old lady!
