It kind of has though! Over the last few months Britain has not been invited to various EU leaders' events because we're inevitably leaving.
My view is this is a pretty average piece that like so many other Banksy pieces would be buffed already if not for his celebrity. Comments above of this making a good print, bet no one would touch it if this was a Renne Gargon or similar.

Great to see a new Banksy which is fantastic BUT!!
How long ago did the Brexit saga begin and it has taken Banksy this long to add his bit to the pot, maybe because he has been busy over in Jerusalem he doesn't realise this boat sailed months ago.
Yes the piece is large and would have taken some thought process to get it on the wall but I have been looking at other large scale work recently which is far far more advanced in it's execution and would have taken a lot more skill to produce and really makes this piece look amateur. (yes I did just say amateur) 
There are really good artist's on here who produce fantastic stencil work who could have produced this, (I do not mean that in a bad way) this is supposed to be Banksy!!! even the subject matter is simple, you look at it and yes it's obviously a Banksy which is great but should an artist not be moving forward? when Urban/Street art has progressed so much the past few years I just find the whole piece really weak, that's not say I did not enjoy seeing it because hey it's a Banksy but I cannot help but think if this had been done by any other artist the comments on here would be very different.
Many on here have a vested interest in his work so will clap and applaud and doff their hat's, I am not fortunate enough to be in that position so am able to give an honest opinion of this piece. No offence intended but really is this the best the King of street art can do?
