I think this looks like a Penny piece, and I believe Penny did a piece on this subject that looks more original than this.
Also numerous artists did renditions of this subject, most of them where not welcome.
Personally, id rather have the pure evil version of Brexit on my wall than this if it was ever a print...
of course if it had a banksy signature id take it.
But its so late and unoriginal.
