don't know too much about eating out, chili pickle is really good, planet India is a great family run Indian, somewhere like bom baines is a bit different.

I thought it was just down from London, generally applied to all the Londoners coming down on hot weekends and clogging up the beach.
In Hastings they have OFBs (over from Brighton) and FILTH (failed in London, try Hastings).

Providence Place and Elder Place (just across the road from prescription art)
A few houses on the road by the hare and hounds pub (nr prescription as well)
Small roads off Trafalgar Street (Road leading down from the station)
Area behind Art Republic
Kensington Street, vine Street and other roads in that area.
Also most of the electric meter this thingy mejigs are painted.
Also lots of iownthisart around including a bus, and a few pubs.

now im down for a gig again tomorrow but ive got a few hours beforehand where i wanna go see some stuff... or anyone knows any decent galleries with something interesting/fairly contemporary on at least
any ideas?

It's on the side of Art Republic which is worth having a look in, although I do normally try not to get stuck talking to anyone as it's a bit sales-y. Nice Kai and Sunny in the window right now though if you don't make it through the door.
