Banksy • Weston Super Mare Print, by Neverwork on Jun 23, 2010 7:57:33 GMT 1, wsm un signed, original owner, very light creasing to top edge, almost impossible to photograph as it can only be seen in certain light. see below. also crease to one corner, this is how it came new, damage is very minor hence i never even bothered to have it restored. easy and cheap to fix if your really fussy! would be happy to get my restorer to do it for cost.
£1250 bargain!
part trades may be considered as long as they are cash heavy
can be collected from south west or up north
take it easy...

Why don't you both just do the deal at a bank then? Lots of security, no fees, everyone can get what they want, no issues? If the seller isn't willing I wouldn't do the deal, but that is just me.
