Even the Paper Veils are heading towards cost now, I paid £32k for one in November last year and highly doubt anyone would pay more than that at the moment especially if it's not a strong colour, some of the weaker colours I suspect are worth less than £25k.
I wouldn't pay more than £10k for some of the small blossoms, and even then I'd have to think about it. Some are terrible, even the best probably aren't worth their cost especially if you're paying VAT.

I own a large Wood spot print and we love it in the living room as it’s frankly ‘interior design’ and I bought it cheap. It really isn’t high brow art is it?

By the way, I do think some art buyers are enjoying it, some are OK, some are seeing it as a way to whitewash dirty money, some are just criminals, some want to get rich, and some are just shite. The ones who know what integrity means can be counted on the fingers of one hand I’m afraid 🤷🏼♀️

I mean, he made it to fortune as a working-class boy, but he has not made any statement about people buying multiple items of something and swapping them here to make more money. It is pretty sad such people exist and it is even sadder that Damien goes along with this. They say that once you make it, you are convinced that you owe it to yourself, and you can no longer manage to reflect on others who were less fortunate. I think Damien and Heni just want more more more. And if they don't, just let him say so and show his opinion on art buyers being stupid and greedy. I can appreciate that - but they do look different when hung in a proper environment, nothing like a digital image. They look especially good when part of a collection of originals, to get a sense of the artist’s work. To each his own though!
