All I know is they've been taking reservations since early July and the info was posted on KAWS' Facebook (12,400 fans) early August. I don't know how they're still available but it seems they are. Good luck to all.

The books will be released in November so it's a presale. It looks like they will run the credit cards manually (it's written that credit cards will be charged only the when the items are shipped). They are not using paypal so it looks like it's easier for them to process the orders that way.
I think it's already sold out. The thing is that they can prevent themselves from any problem (I don't know bogus cards or orders). In any case, it won't cost anything to people trying to bag it now because you're not charged until it's sure that you bagged it. They can then take their time to process each order (and/or select the people they want to sell it too... like give members priority without anyone noticing.... in they case they would be unscrupulous)

As far as I read, I understand that there will only be 250 copies available of the book (why would they limit purchases of only 2 books per customer if they have an unlimited number of unsigned books....)
