It may have been since they were more than likely getting crushed with emails. I've heard a few people say they were guaranteed a copy and then didn't get it. I think an order number just put you in the running for the first 250, not locked you up .

They've already e-mailed me to say my order won't be fulfilled, but no reason why. I am just saying it would have been nice to know. As far as I was aware an order no = equalled a book. I've a receipt as well.
