Oh stop being so sensitive. My point is that we are not just someones little "friends", we are paying customers and some of us are serious collectors... she's paid to assist folks with their orders and order issues. For her to say that she is overwhelmed by legitimate questions is absurd. She might as well say "I'm too busy to deal with this"...

Now I've done and said some things that might qualify me as a miserable old git. I just didn't think suggesting that a gaudy $500 taschen tome "wasn't a bargain" would be one of them.
But if that makes me a mizrable old git, what does barking on and on about kaws hype and editions and about not "giving a f**k" about this book โ as well as criticizing people you don't know for flipping etc. make you? An obnoxious little know it all pr**k? ...just something to ponder.
It's so ironic how those who criticize others character rarely have much character of their own.

No need to be paranoid. As someone said earlier, I think they didn't realize the size of KAWS fan base or followers. And I also think that they were not really ready for this kind of demand.
