i think he is looking for around £1250 for it but the price is between you and him. i don't know him personally, i enquired about buying from him when he had it up on ebay. i ended up buying a grin reaper and his sale fell through, that's when he got in touch.
all i'm doing is passing on his information the rest is up to you.
make sure you take all the usual steps to satisfy yourself all is ok before you proceed. i don't expect anything in return for hooking you up, respect if you see fit - either way! i would be grateful if someone else who was in a similar situation passed on the contact rather than sat on it for themself.
good luck, take care and i hope whoever does buy it enjoys it. if i had the money none of you would be even be hearing this and it would be on my wall!

Actually, please don't contact lesbianwednesdays because you won't end up happy with this print. Unlike all the other prints you have ever known, this one is melancholy and very poorly behaved. It will undo the lids to your salt and pepper shaker, re-arrange the pictures in your family photo album according to size (of the people, not the pic), chase the cat around the house, and press its bum against the dining room window when your boss has come over for dinner. Truly, and unpleasant experience if there ever was one. So, just keep moving along, because there is nothing to see here.

What do you lot think this may be worth and secondly, how can I find out if its genuine as POW & Laz won't help I assume, as its not from them?
I own an Unsigned version which I could take to make sure the printing & paper etc are kosher and I suppose I could check the signature or post pics on here of the sig?

Very possibly ok, post pics and we can check it out. Check out the back story re Girlfriend and Banksy.. this is usually checkable and can normally be traced back to the job/source/reason for the gift.
I had something similar recently, turned out the guy was a photographic model for a lot of Bansy's stencils ;D
Personally I prefer prints with a back story, as long as the provenance on this holds up to intense scrutiny, then It'll be worth a packet

If ebay wasn't so damn greedy, they'd come up with a system like Craigslist that would allow users to flag/remove listings that were obviously not adhering to the rules. Frustrating.
And amazing at the daily illustrations of how many saps/suckers there really are in this world (myself, frequently included).

If it's outside of the official numbered series and you can't prove it's from a known friend of the artist it will be a lot less valuable than the ordinary numbered ones, it will always be doubted (I bought it on ebay, honest!). If you can it will most certainly be worth more.

IMO
