Wonder if the person who originally made it, knows they're selling for silly money and tried to sell some?

I've run club nights for close on 20 years and produced several gazillion flyers, many on better quality paper and very many better designed. It's a flyer !

The guys in the queue front of me got one.
I thought it was on fairly decent paper certainly not a photocopy and better than the average flyer.
I would have happily had one for free but to pay money.....

'I want a banksy' is brilliant piece of art. Firstly it was given free and the artist never used this piece to advertise themselves - respect to the artist. Secondly it is very well done, and a great looking and clever image. Also it's totally on point and poignant and if it winds anyone up I suspect thats because it hits a raw nerve. Banksy himself would have loved it as the message shares the same thinking behind Morons.
I don't own one but i have had it in my hand from a friend at work and its printed on good quality recycled paper. I wouldn't want it printed on anything else to be honest.
In my opinion Its a brilliant piece of work and represents a brilliant critique of 'bankyism' at its worst.

For me, I like the style of delivery. It was a not-for-profit gift just as banksy's work is. Every time I walk past Mild Mild West I smile. It makes me laugh. Now if these artists want to sell their work they have every right to do so. And as for profit? Well, think about it... ...one would have to buy and sell a lot of banksy prints to be able to afford a holiday in the sun every year. If banksy sells his own work he might just afford the odd holiday, as did Picasso, Monet, and what's his chops Damon Hirst. And just as Banksy is "anonymous" so is MWY (for the time being). Great spirit. I love the intrigue. Perhaps we need a journalist to get out there and chase the philanthropists. I heart MWY? I heart Money W... Y... Someone knows. But how many someones, and will anyone else find out? J
