I'm sure there must be an obvious message, but for some reason, it just escapes me. Anyone know what he's trying to say? order vs. chaos... conformity vs anarchy... or something. Trailblazing, of course. I like his "tagging", so that tends to be what draws me to his work and that print.
I of course am a big fan of his work and have dancer and equilibrium, but just trying to understand what it means, because that piece never resonated with me.

Your pieces are fabulous and naturally contain superior stencil work.

I suppose we have stumbled into "predictable chaos". That said, I'd be lying if I didn't say I really appreciate the eye candy appeal and size of Z.T; it's hanging in my living room. I am really not interested in what MW said or GP - in my eyes GP are 100% in the wrong on this as they said how many were being released and basically didn't keep everyone informed.
If they intend to drip feed them into the market then thats up to them - I really liked the image and wanted to add it to my collection on the wall.... GP messed up the release and to me it seemed they mislead us on the release so now this story starts to appear.

Yorkie I will say that their are a couple pieces by MW that I would like. I really like Dancer visually. Most of his stuff seems sub par to me however. Recycled images with the same bright colors and patterns. It would be nice to see some thought provoking new original content utilized with his signature tagging. |
