Go to the Boquerรญa market and have lunch at Pinotxo Bar for real catalan food, superb product always packed. Txipirons amb montgetas (baby squid with beans) and cigrons amb butifarra negra (chick peas with black pudding) are 2 of his most popular plates.
Everytime I go to BCN for work I try my best to go.

There are a lot of good walls in Castelldefels, 20 min drive from the center of Barcelona. One wall is about 3-400 yards long but I can't remember the name of the street. If you do a little research, you will find it.

Some great clubs in Barcelona.
Elrow on a Sunday is usually brilliant. Also Be Cool is good.
I was last over in June for Sonar festival.
Bit of advice for in the clubs. Make sure you know where your phone and wallet is at all times, and girlfriends bag/purse is closed.
Big group of us had quite a few phones go missing. Mine included.
Some great clubs in Barcelona.

The address is Carrer del Palau, number 6 - its in the Gothic Quarter near Placa de Saint Miquel. Quite hard to find, but well worth it. They're closed Sunday's but open all other days between 11-2pm and 4'ishpm-9pm.
Also, lots of great shutter street art (Pez, BTOY, At is Tra$h) in and around Gothic quarter - just ramble
